Default Those are actually not OEM wheels...

...and to answer your question, they might fit if the spokes are not too thick/deep. You should ask the wheel manufacturer/distributor if these are designed to clear the calipers on a B5 S4. That will help determine if they will fit or not. Dimensions and offset are only part of the equation...the spoke's inside contour is a major factor.

Default You're probably going to need a spacer to clear the HP2s

I'd recommend a 15mm hubcentric H&R spacer which would put you at ET 30.

Default And spacers change offset, and offset changes steering geometry...

Up to -35mm is probably fine. beyond that I would avoid it.

plus, spacers add another part to be slightly off center, slightly weaken the mounting, etc.

I dont like them. They may work, but why play with fire?

Default Those'd be the ones...

...luckily I live in the DC area so its easy for me to pick them up, if they would fit, Im reading though that a H&R hubcebtric spacer would help with that prob.

Default So they are OEreps?

Either way they will be an improvement form the stock wheels, and compliment the C5 with some sport and style.

Default Def not...

...Ive decided very much against it, want to be able to clear speed bumps and the rough *** roads here in DC. Besides have heard only bad things that it does to your suspension and tranny.
