Time to open the wallet and get a good lawyer.
I have a clean driving record and don't want a
conviction... Anyone know of a good traffic law
attorney in northern Virginia?

The 4.2 is a costly automobile... )

Default Yep, illegal in the commonwealth... However I was "paced" so the V1 would not have helped...
No speed listed, just reckless driving.
I will not discuss details outside of court...
