Default oil around the turbo what can it be

i noticed some oil under my car 2000 2.7t so i jacked it up and removed the cover under the engine. i can see some engine oil splatered on the cover itself so i got under with a flashlight and can see oil all around the passenger side turbo. it is extreamly tight in there so i couldn't see very well.it looked like it was comming from the exaust side of turbo but not sure what could be wrong here. i also noticed a burnt oil smell comming from engine like oil was getting burned from exaust manifold.what could this be leak from oil lines? turbo failure? head gasket leak? please someone help.

Default I have the exact same problem and...

i called 2bennett and they said if i hear rattling as well, a piece of the exhaust manifold could have gotten in the turbo. Gary from the S4 forums said that its a blown turbo for sure if i am seeing white smoke coming out of my muffler and theres oil collecting on my intercooler. This has been going on for a few weeks, but my CEL just came on. Im going to Gary's tomorrow to get my car VAGed and so he can look at the problem in general. I'll let u know. Please let me know if u figure something out. thanks!

Default I had this, it was the oil pan gasket

Audi dealer diagnosed it and replaced the oil pan gasket, no more burning smell. You really need to clean all the oil off and then take it for a drive, then look for oil again.

i cheaked the oil pan pretty well and it does not look like it is comming from there it lookes like its comming directly from turbo or above the turbo or very near it.
