One of the usual places (AWE/ECS/etc) sells a tab repair kit

Default I've purchased one of those tab repair kits from ECS....
...they seem to fit better for a 1998-2001 V6 housings...but the 4.2 and 2002-2004 ....is not a good fit.

FYI - the headlight housings (made by hella) have four screw holes where the replacement tabs will screw into. It looks like a good replacement...as the upper tabs on these housings are a major weakpoint.
