An overdue thanks to Kris Hansen for his help with a full suspension update on my A6: (long, BWW)

Great job! Wonder if those are my old front springs???
I gave my sport springs to Kris a year or two ago. Not that it matters where they are, just kinda fun to think that they're making their way around the A6 community.
In any case, great job! Its amazing to me how these cars with 100k on them, can still feel like a new car (after a bit of maintenance;-) Now its good for another 100k!
Congrats
Mike

With the sport rear springs in my avant, I have to run lower rear air pressure...
It got REALLY assy (pardon the nascar term for oversteer) when it was slick. Like, REALLY bad.. But that was with 37psi. At 32psi, it was much better.

Not really. Stiff suspension is exactly what you DON'T want in snow.
You want the car to be able to move around, and find grip. My Avant tends to oversteer badly in any kind of snow unless I drop the air pressure. It didn't do that with the OEM springs.
It went from dramatic understeer with the OEM setup, to being prone to snap oversteer in snow with my current setup, which is fantastic in the dry.
Having said that, I like oversteer better than understeer.
