Default Parking Lot Accident , Had to decide to paint or touch up.

Walked out of the health club two weeks ago to discover the dreaded "I hit your car note". Sure enough somebody backed into me. I was pleased that the person who did it cared enough to leave a note. Their insurance company, Amica was fantastic. I received phone calls from Amica right and left once they got my contact data. No push-back at all, go to the place you want and get an estimate, our adjuster will negotiate a price and we'll send you a check. Then they did!

I really questioned if I should paint or simply touch-up as the damage minor, in fact I've seen rock chips look worse once I got after the area with some #2 McGuires and Zanio.

None the less there was a small dent in the left rear quarter and some small scrapes on the upper part of the rear bumper. I decided to paint!

Barrier Audi suggested Queen City Auto-Rebuild.
All I can say is WoW! The paint work was flawless. The car was spotless and delivered 2 hours early of the promised date and time.

Plus, I asked them to take a look at a large clear coat scratch in my hood, (compliments of a careless employee at a hand wash spot in Bellevue) which they buffed out to near perfection at no charge.

I'm all for sounding out loud and louder when companies deliver exceptional service. Queen City in Redmond delivers.

Good service DOES need a pat-on-the-back. Glad it went so well.

Default Amica is a first rate company

We've had 'em for all our insurance needs. Only thing is that they demand a clean, trouble free driving record (hence the V1!). I've had USAA as well and have been happy with both.

Be glad that it wasn't a State Farm policy holder who hit your car! I've had that happen twice and was amazed about the amount of work they put me through!
