Default One question....

are you serious with that asking price.....$43,173????

or $20K plus $517 times (I assume) 44 months = $42,748???

No offense but the sale price on my car when I got it was like $41,500 when it was BRAND NEW. Ever heard of such a thing as depreciation??

Default Re: One question....

no offense taken. Since there is no blue book available for 2004's, I am ASKING invoice.
She's got everything except Nav.
Guess I am old school - I like to ask then negotiate down if I have to - a little easier than asking $40K then trying to negotiate to $42K.

Yes, I have heard of depreciation - 10% for just taking her off the lot. What is the depr sched for 3mos?

Default Its just that I was very surprised because the sale price on my car new was less than that....

but hey you're right you can always negotiate down.

Default How old is your ride?

did you buy it towards the end of '03? No doubt, you got a good deal.
Got mine VERY close to invoice and I am asking somewhat less than I paid (exluding tax, doc & lic).
