Default Not, you can't make a defensive manuever in an SUV...

The whole point about avoiding accidents is a non-issue in an SUV because they can't avoid accidents.

They don't stop, turn or accelerate in any way shape or form that is close to ANY Audi.

I would take any car over an SUV.

I have an Expedition in beautiful condition sitting in the garage doing nothing.
That's where it will stay unless I go to town to pick up something that won't fit in my Audi.

I refuse to take the family anywhere in it now that I have a choice.

SUV's should not be allowed to drive over twenty five miles an hour.

All this is my opinion of course.

Default Well, MPG is one thing, pollutants are another, more facts for those who like to ignore them

the A6 got a score that was twice as high as the Expedition, the BIG $hitbox SUV, for emissions! I guess that means you would ALWAYS have to carry twice as many passengers in an Expedition!

Emissions comparison

I suggest you sell your Audi and get a Lincoln Navigator. That will better reflect your thinking.

Default I just read them, I have trouble believing when...

I can't make my Expedition stop worth a damn.
I have tried different brake pads, rotors and fluids and I still have to use all my strength to stop the dinosaur on a hill near home.

I can't stand driving the POS anymore because it does not feel safe to me.

I have also owned other SUVS and full size pickups and the feeling is the same for all of them. They don't stop or manuever well enough to make me comfortable in avoiding accidents.

I have total confidence in my Audi(s) and now the only worry I have while driving is getting rock chips in the paint.
