possible bad cat??

Catlyst heating below threshld is the code.. has been for a year... could this be bad O2's or a bad Cat... any recommendations for aftermarket cats??

Could be either.

Unless the cat rattles when you rap on it, I'd start by swapping the two rear O2 sensors with each other and see if the problem moves.
