I am in discussion with Wetterauer on the possibility of their producing a ECU chip configured specifically for A6 2.7t Quattros with Tip transmissions. If interest is sufficient they will do a group buy at discount pricing.

This chip will be designed to produce 300 hp and 300 lb/ft of torque. This will allow us to do exhaust upgrades and still keep torque to a reasonable limit, within design specs. I am going to ask the programmers specifically how they will keep torque down - I expect by adding a little less timing and fuel to the maps.

I will post pricing ASAP, and we'll see how to do payment - I would prefer each individual pay Wetterauer directly. Opinions?

AMS did partner up with Stratmoshpere, on the east coast, so you may be able to get the chip from Strat too?? Dont know??

Hard to know which chip is actually better - so much conjecture, so little hard data.
