I read somewhere earlier that someone was considering upgrading their suspension using PSK shocks and Eibach springs. I was wondering if anyone thought it would be possible to pair Koni or Bilstein shocks with the PSK spring? I would like to lower my car a little bit, but am concerned that the drop with any of the after market springs might be too much.

Shocks alone will not lower your car...

and might be a nice combination. I have the Konis with Eibach springs, and for some this might be a little low - depends on the roads in your area. I thought of the Koni/PSK combo too. It should be in between my setup and the non-PSK stock setup. My setup is not as low as the Intrax or H&R springs. You can find used PSK springs for under $200 here in AudiWorld.

The psk springs should lower the car about 20mm, as opposed to he 35mm lowering by the Eibachs.

Oops. Yes - they should be fine. It's within the operating range of the shock
