The seats in my '98 A6 are controllable only with one key.
I have attempted to follow instructions in manual and in the FAQs. Both keys unlock doors. Seats just do not adjust for one key.
Any idea how to get key linked to 'MEMORY 2' position?

If not, you've got a different problem. If so, I'm not much help, but I recall the salesman talking about holding the memory button until a few seconds after a CLICK sound was heard. Of course he got both keys assigned to the right buttons and I've not messed with it since

down and press the "unlocking" button the remote for about 2 seconds (per manual). That should "coordinate" the 2nd remote for the memory 2 settings. I've done this with my wife's remote. We really like it.
Good luck!
