I know I'll be needing all of these parts:
Timing Belt Job
054 115 147 B Crank seal
026 103 085 D Cam Seal (x4)
078 103 113 B Cover (x2)
078 198 025 Valve Cover Gasket (x2)
058 198 217 Cam adjuster seal (x2)
078 109 243 R Tensioning roller
078 109 244 H Relay roller
078 109 119 C Timing belt
078 109 487 A Tension lever
078 109 479 E Tension damper
078 121 004 L Water pump
078 121 113 F T-stat
078 903 137 BL V belt
078 903 133 AB Belt damper
And the snub mount...
But I can't tell what comes with the kit by looking at the picture.
Should I just buy it and then go buy all the other parts that didn't come with it?
What do you think?

If you are interested. They are all AUDI OEM, not some off-name German brand...
Spent $150+ from the dealer. Would be willing to part for an even $100 shipped. Let me know if you are interested.
When I did this, I purchased everything singled out. Personally I have had too many messed up orders from those people...cough ECS /cough =(
Do what YOU WANT to do though ;-)

It includes the following.
078109119J
078109243R
078109487A
078109244H
078109479E
078903137BL
078121006A
078121113F
Some of your PN's are old and have been superceded.
078 103 113 B -> 078 103 113 E
078 121 004 L -> 078 121 006 A
078 109 119 C -> 078 109 119 J
The only items from your list missing would be the gaskets and serpentine belt tensioner which we do carry separately. Just use your PN's and search our website.

the right price. Then buy the Cam lock bar and Crank pin (MUST have for the job) from Ebay for ~$100. You'll use it again, and can lend it to you friends in the meantime.
I went w/ Blau's kit b/c they offered rental of the tool kit (lock bar and crank pin being the key ingredients). I was very disappointed in Blau's part quality--bad water pump, questionable rollers. I also had to extend the tool rental by 7 days, so I ended up paying more for rental than if I'd bought it outright.
