Queens/Long Island (NY) Mechanic recommendations

Hey guys, does anyone have a good mechanic in the Queens/long Island Area? I need to have the timing belt service done along with replacing

Timing belt
Tensioning roller
tensioner
tensioner pivot arm
tensioner
idler
water pump
thermostat
coolant flush
Cam adjuster seals (2)
valve cover gaskets (2)
Cam seals (4)
cam caps (2)
crank seal
Serp belt
serp belt tensioner
suction pump
green check valve

I got a $500 dollar labor only estimate from a good shop in Brooklyn, is this ok? Do you know of better prices?

Also I wanted to buy the parts from Blaufergnugen, I found a kit, and I will have to add a few things. tell me what you think of the kit/ Value

Uh...someone on here just had issues w/ stuff from them...MarkW.Check for..

The post on page two...it was from the 25th or 27th I believe. (hint: he had a horrible T-belt bearing failure courtesy of Blau...)
