Pic and quick write-up for those interested......
So, it was a success, but I will admit I was pretty nervous. Anyways, for what it's worth, here's my procedure for clear corners (Headlights were already out):
First, I took the turn signal bulbs out. Next, I took off the rubber gasket. Next, I took off the 4 clips (Which is done easiest by putting some sort of screwdriver or something similar under it for leverage and bending the clip up, easily and quickly taking it off). Now, I preheated the oven to 200F. After that, I did the same procedure mentioned previously with headlight #2. Once the oven was heated up and ready to go, I put headlight 1 in, and waited 5 minutes before taking it out (I wore gloves when taking it out, since they were probably hot). I knew it wasnt ready, but pulled a little on the lens to try and pull it apart, so it would loosen a little, then put it back in the oven. This time, I increased the temp to 225F and waited 4 minutes, and after I took it out, the lens came off. Clipped off the yellow tabs, took evil f$#%^r #1 out, pressed the lens back onto the housing, attatched the metal clips, pushed hard again, then put them back in on 225F for 2 minutes, took em out, and pressed the lens and housing together for a little bit, making my way around to make sure everything was good and tight. Procedure for headlight #2 was basically the same. Put it in for 5 minutes at 220F, took it out, tried to loosen it a little, put it back in on 225F for about 4 minutes, took it out, and it seperated. Here's the final product:

For those wishing to do it, if you can get the headlights out, then go for it. I was nervous too, but everything went well, and it was definitely worth it =)
P.S. - I'm keeping the amber lenses as a trophy, lol

You could have just followed my instructions....
No need to take the light out of the oven twice, and no need to heat above 200F. Leave it in for 10 mins, and the lens will come off easily. I usually take them out of the oven with my bare hands. A little warm, but not unbearable.

Link to Original Post
