Hello All,
I got in my car to drive home from work today and the radio will not turn on (stock symphony). It worked fine this morning, but now nothing comes on at all. Has anyone experienced this before? Suggestions? Thanks!

Just got done checking fuse box. Fuse looked normal when I pulled it. As soon as I put the fuse back in, I heard the CD player start to cycle and radio is back to normal. WIERD. Thanks for the help!

No problem, glad to help. I always apply Occam's razor. The best solution is usually the simplest.

OK, enough....it might not hurt to put a thin film of contact grease (found at most electric supply stores and many electric utilities) on any contact surfaces. Cuts down on corrosion. Most power companies will give you some if you ask. At least I would, since I work at one. NoOxId, and Oxiban are a couple of good brands. Stay away from the ones for aluminum connections such as Alumalox.

Definitely aliens, terrorists, global warming and too much fat in your diet! Glad you survived.
