Try Shokan for a used belly pan. They are usually better priced than non-Audi specific dismantlers.

Default Possible radio help

Radio wouldn't budge for me either. I tried grabbing by the cassette hole as others have suggested with no luck.

I pried it out with couple of stiff putty knives with thin rags against the console, so I wouldn't mar the edges. A little bit of prying on alternate sides until the edge cleared the console. Then it pulled right out.

My keys stuck in and would take all sorts of wiggling to remove.

Finally i realized that you just have to gently insert the tools to open the clips.
