Default Such tempers!

While I agree with all of you that a law suit may not be the best solution to this issue, I gotta come to navigator's defense. Glitches large and small are frustrating. A radio, of all things, should work flawlessly, especially in this price vehicle, and certainly not require "manual" fixes from the driver.

A lot of us have problems with the radio (mine is in today for the 3rd time to try to fix it)and a couple of other problem areas. A lot of us love the cars and defend them staunchly on this forum.

I welcome all the different opinions (I would not be here if I did not), but MY opinion, after having bought 10 or so new cars in my lifetime, is that the amount of problems, glitches, and service issues with AoA and its cars is unacceptable.

I'll readily admit that I may have been extraordinarily lucky with my other 10 cars (unlikely) and extraordinarily UNlucky with my 2.7T (very likely).

But I will pose the question once again:

Wouldn't it be great if they just did not break that often?

Default class action lawsuits are crap!

You don't get anything out of them. Why do people keep bringing them up? Typically, in a class action lawsuit, you get a token payoff, like a $50 coupon or something.

Really, think before you say things like this.
