Default Random Misfires P0300

Does anyone have any ideas of anything specific to cause this? It was driving like crap, 2000 2.7t. I first had code for coolant temp sensor which I replaced for $22 from the dealer. Car ran fine upon startup but as soon as temp sensor hit central it started driving like crap again guzzling all my gas. Now I get this p0300 code. I really don't want to replace all the coils and plugs if I don't have to. All plgs were replaced last year.

Default Search has 530 hits....I'd replace the spark plugs......

it's a cheap place to start.....go with Bosch. I had a misfire under Boost that threw no codes. Replacing the plugs fixed the problem.....but read the posts....
