Default Really enjoy using my tiptronic now that I know how to use it...

Someone here recently posted about their "ah ha" moment about not having to decellerate when manually shifting... When I used it, I too would let off the gas, shift and accellerate... didn't do much for me... But now that I've been clued in, it is much more enjoyable... and my 2-ton 2.8 powered Avant seems more like a performance car

Kudos also to the recent part list posting. I now know the armrest cover's part number and that should help me track one down that is in much better condition...

This forum is excellent.

Default just be careful...<edited>

the part numbers on that PDF list do not include ALL the color codes available, but just a sample. Those 3-digit color codes are requried when searching on-line for prices.

For example, the armrest cover lists: 4B0 864 245 M 9VQ
This is the armrest cover finished in the "Terra Brown" color. The "Order by application" reference is to let you know you need the correct 3-digit color code for your car.

The FULL part numbers for those parts needing color codes can be found in the ETKA.

Default Thanks... <edited>

I sent an inquiry to Shokan.com and specified the Melange interior color... I'll confirm the color before ordering... Last time I emailed them (months ago) I never heard back...

I have no idea what the EKTA is... searched the archives, and its information is referenced plenty of times, but not sure what it is...

Default it's an electronic parts list

take that sheet, make it searchable and database driven. not really easy to navigate, but more complete and thurough than the sheet. I like the sheet so I'll have something in the car if I need something while on the road.

Default It's THE factory dealer software. It's illegal to own or distribute unless you are a dealer.

discussion of it on this board is not allowed.

Use it (list) carefully. It's there to help find part #'s that may otherwise be difficult to locate.
