Default Rear Cam Seals - ?

How to I get the rear Cam Seals out?

Is there a screw which I can use to press the new one in?

I have been using a small screw (spax - dry wall type)on the front ones, which you screw gently into the seal and it comes right out! Works like a charm. However, I am concerned about the space in the rear especially to press them in!

the rear seals are not the "donut" type. The seals that leak all the time come in a kit that includes a half-moon plastic insert and a black and blue gasket about 6 inches long. The gasket goes under the chain tensioner on the rear of the head. The valve covers must come off and there is a special tool to screw down the tensioners so you can wiggle out the old seals. Search this forum for complete writeups of this procedure.

I know that my cam adjuster seals are leaking as well as my front exhaust cam seals. However, while I am at it I was wondering how to replace the rear cam seals as well!

Any help appreciated....
