Default rear end noise only on deceleration

I just put the used wheel and tire package on my car. Now when I slow I notice a clicking noise coming from the rear of the car. I would automatically assume it's the used tires I just put on but the sound is not constant. It only makes the noise when I let off the accelerator and the car is slowing itself through the transmission. No noise on cruising or maintaining speed, no noise on acceleration, and no noise when braking....only when there is no gas applied and the car is basically decelerating. BTW, no codes or running issues either.

Boy, am I a dumbass. I wouldn't even say this out loud but I want to voice the conclusion just in case someone else runs into the same issue. Loose lug nuts.

It's happened to everyone at one time or another.
