Finally I had the possibility to scan with VAG-COM and the module seems to fine but the sensors are not giving any data.
During testing I put it in reverse with ignition ON and VAG-COM catches the: Gear in Reverse: YES but no sound and no reading from the sensors.
Also the other mode: Trailer Active: YES
I have read somewhere in the owner manual that when the trailer package is active the parktronic is deactivated. I have never attached anything to tow but I have the trailer package and the sensors are not working.
What can I do to have the parking sensors work?

Damn, was checking the connection socket for trailer and found that there was an adapter, after removing it finally the parking sensors are active but have to check their status because with ignition key in ON position and the lever in R i hear a long loud beeeeep sound which looks like something is wrong with the sensors.
I will check with vcds tomorrow asap, any suggestion is welcome. I'm not very good at vag-com.
Thanks for reading.

Long beep might just be dirty sensors. Make sure they are clean. In the winter, the rear of the car always gets caked with winter spray (salt, dirt, etc), and I get the constant tone.
