Default For installation of sway bars you want the car on ramps not a jack or jack stands....

You won't be able to attached the ends of the bars to the supension. The instructions that come with the bars tell you how to accomplish this.

I used the same Rhino ramps I use to change oil to put mine on without any problems.

Default FWIW,I've found you'll get more oil out of the S6 without jacking the back during an oil change

If you use a low enough oil pan you can raise the front, remove the cover,, filter and oil plug, and what you will find is that if you lower the car back to flat, the oil will stop coming out as you approach flat. Jack it back up with the front about 4 to six inches up, and oil will trickle for another 10 minutes. Haven't experienced this with any of my other cars but there's really no reason to need to jack the back for an oil change with this V8

Default Rhino Ramps got the front up high enough?

It looks pretty tight to wrestle that front bar out on just the ramps. That's what I was going to use though so I'm glad to hear you did it that way.

Default Craftsman has worked for me. I have some rhino ramps as well and they seem fine, but

I usually support it with something extra while I'm under there.

Default Don't use use cheap stamped steel or ratchet type stands..

and get a good jack. There are only a few jacks NOT made in China. These will only last a few cycles. Go to ASEdeals.com (Automotive Service Equipment) for high quality stuff
