Recommended Engine Oil For 1999 A6 2.8 With 90k
I'm Using Synthetic Mobil 1 5w-50 but I think it's making my car mildly overheat, too thin for the mileage that my car has I guess. What do you guys think?

It will tell you in your owner's manual....
I just did my saturday with Castrol 5w-40 (fully synthetic)
That's what the manual recommended and if 5w-40 was not available to use 5w-30.
