Default Red "T" in 2.7T rear decklid badge?

Is this just a European/German difference in badging, or does the red T signify anything specific?

Default I signifies that you bought your badging off ebay.

don't think that is an actual OEM badge used. The A4 had a red accent by the T in the 1.8T for the sport edition a few years ago, but I have never seen the 2.7 with anything like that.

Seller claims OEM, and other stuff I've gotten from him has been.

Default Ask him for the OEM part number, if it is OEM it should be right on the back of the packaging.

If there is no part number I would guess it is not factory part.

Didn't some of the older A4 1.8T models have a red T?

The Red "T" means your turbos have stopped working...

You get a red T after you've made ten kills!

Default I bought one from this guy...

It's plastic & smaller than the OEM one on the car...I thought the back of my silver car could use a splash of red.

Unfortunately, there are no "do-overs" in life.
