Red Flashing Coolant Symbol. Then goes away - Coolant Level Normal... any idears?

Default Red Flashing Coolant Symbol. Then goes away - Coolant Level Normal... any idears?
Filled the coolant up maybe a month or two ago. Didn't do a flush. Sensor? Should I stop driving? It seems to be a fault, the other day it flashed 3 times, then went away..

Car Doesn't Over Heat.
Coolant Temp stays in the middle.

No check engine code.

Wheel gap, because I purchased s6 wheels. Should have went with 18's.

Not sure... is that light just for level or for temp too?

Default in TT and Jetta the solution is to R&R the Coolant bottle
not sure about A6

Default my coolant symbol flash every cold morning and then when temp. reach middle everything is fine ...
might be bad temp. sensor.
