Regarding my misfires....i have oil on the end ALL coil packs and #3 had a lot of oil on the plug
spark plug end.....both sides had a little oil at the end of the coilpack area.....curious, why would both valve cover gaskets go at the same time...

...because you have a 30V engine! They all leak, some just simply more than others. There are 2
kinds of 30V engines - those that need the seals replaced and those that need the seals replaced again! Best of luck getting her sealed up tight.

HELP I went ahead and replaced the Valve cover gasket on the passenger side, since I noticed the mo
most oil on #3 - including all over the eletrode
i get it all together, go for a drive, and immediately it starts to sputtr/buck.... it shows code misfires on #1, 3, 4, 6 what the!!!
help!! What isgoing on? AGain, this is an intermittent problem....it runs fine, then spuuter then runs fine.... it acts up mostly when coming to a slow/stop....but it still does it on the highway,etc.... btw, i also replaced the coolant tempsensor...and cleaned the plugs/coilpack end as best i could....is it possibl there is still oil residue?

Try QD Electronics Cleaner by CRC - it will not harm most plastics. Brake cleaner will clean it but
*may* harm the rubber boots. Just an **** tip to be extra safe. Some brake cleaners have pretty aggressive solvents in them.
