Default remote key
My son lost a remote key for a a6, 2001. I have replaced the key only and had to have all other keys reprogramed. Is there any way to get a remote only (less key) for this car?

I bought a remote from my local deal for a very reasonable $60 and change.

Default As CL says: eBay. Don't bid above $25-$28.
There's plenty of them for sale. They're like buses... if you 'miss' one, another will come along shortly.
