There are a few guys with size 245/35/20, If I recall one even dropped. So would 245/40/19 work? if I can find a relative light 19" wheel with that tire size it should be pretty civilized over bumps etc. The RS6 has optional 255/35/19 but 35 series is a little thin.
Any thoughts appreciated.

When your speedometer reads 93 km/h, you will actually be going 100 km/h.
It also throws the ratio off, and will be slower in acceleration.
The ideal size is actually 255/30-R19.
