I think my old 4.2 pie plates had "ronal" embossed inside.

Also 2.7T 6-spoke sports (2000-2001 PSP &amp; PSK at least, are they still sold?). Not the 2.7T PST wheels, those are BBSes.

It wouldn't shock me if all the wheels on A6s except the PSTs are Ronals.

I have some Ronal 17"s for my A6 also and I am very happy with them. I got comments from my coworkers that they couldn't believe would waste "thousands of dollars" on fancy rims. I let the most knowledgeable them know that I spent less than $200 per rim and he was shocked.

They are good quality rims, some of them (select carefully) are fairly light and all of them are great values as far as I can tell.

No, they aren't OZs, but they aren't trying to fill the same market space as OZ either.
