or is this just an "I'd like the chance to look at an RS6 Avant" petition. I'm not wanting to start a flame war but I'm not sure what purpose this serves. In the numbers that Audi has quoted to be shipping, it would be enormously expensive to have both sedan and wagon versions.

We're lucky the sedan is coming...

The market for a $60k+ wagon is small enough...forget a $85k wagon. If MB didn't see it worthwhile to bring the E55 AMG Estate here, I suspect it is because they recognize that the market just isn't there for it.

If I had a choice between the two (sedan or Avant)??? I don't know...if I already had the S6 Avant and was keeping it, I'd definitely get the sedan, if not, I'm not sure, I still might get the sedan...although the Avant is bad-*** and unusual...450 HP station-wagon!!! Cool
