Default That's not new. That is simply the panel for states with no front plate.
It has been shown before. Where is that link...

Default You are wrong. These chrome strips have not appeared (in official Audi literature) before...

Default Huh...all that is is the fill strip for cars that don't need a front plate...
NA cars that need a front plate use the fill strip in the last photo with a plate holder. Euro cars get a euro plate fill strip. Audi didn't blink...you fell asleep at the wheel and missed the details.

Default Magnets for the plate would be a cool thing, BUT...
it would also attract metallic road debris, not so cool.
