How much performance did you get out of your Hella Smoked Tail Lights?
Total waste of money IMO. Sell them and you'll have enough for the H-sport bars and the install. Or better yet, save the install $$$ and just D.I.Y.
It's been covered here more times than I can remember and there are at least 5-6 different write-ups located in the archives.

My figures are based on the torsional stiffness of solid cylinders of diff dias...
In application one must assume bar shape, pivots and linkages are unchanged. Apparently much is lost in application.

Great. I simply upgraded the rear bar on my non-sport 2.8 to the PSK sport bar
and it made a noticeable difference. When I put the H-sports on my 2.7 sport, it was nite & day better.

The H-S are made from heavy wall tubing, don't know about Audi stock bars, but....
80% of the torsional stiffness of a bar is attributed to the outer 1/4 of the diameter, so makes little diff for rough estimates. Torsional stiffness is proportional to the 5th power of the wire diameter.
