Called my local dealer (now Audi of Arlington, formerly Heishman's) to schedule the 5k service for 3 weeks from now... got a call back that their first available service date is MARCH 20 (!).
The delays are getting much worse compared to a year ago (when I had my A4): I sure hope I don't need any warranty work on this car: with those waits I'll be off to my independent shop the second the warranty is over (AoA are you listening? you're losing business here as victims of your own success).

It's going in where the movie theaters used to be, West past Kiely. Funny, I was told everything would have been solved by now and the deslership was moving up near the airport. Guess that was a lie. Good to see this happening though. I also think it's good to keep a VW dealer on Stevens Creek.

busy day, not really material to me today why the date is what it is... I'll ask when I'm there in person, though, and let them know I'm concerned.
