Should xenon bulbs be replaced in pairs?

I ordered two just in case but I only have one out. Is it absolutely necessary to replace both at the same time?

..Philips makes a 5000K bulb to match the color of an aged 4300K.
But since you are using aftermarket bulbs, then I would say you will need to change both at the same time.
