i have a 01 a6 and recently the indicators are acting faulty. if i go to turn right it blinks once or twice and then nothing. the click's are still heard but there is no light. sometimes the light doesnt show up at all. sometimes it works like normal.
so my cars hazard hasnt been working for sometime. i googled it and found out that the hazard switch needs replacing. since it was a 70 dollar part i left it. the hazard didnt bother me much. but this new side indicators is a hazard on the road. does anyone know what i could do to fix it? would replacing the hazard switch fix all of them?
i just want my indicators working again.

i didnt replace mine. these things get old and get some kind of residue build up inside the actual module itself. i found a link on youtube to clean this and mine has worked fine ever since. you basically have to disassemble the module to get to the nodes where the build up is. much cheaper than buying a used one even..
