Default Since getting my windshield replaced, I get massive amounts of water inside...

Anyone ever have this experience? I noticed it first a couple of days after I had it replaced. After washing my car, I was vacuuming it, and with the floormat off, I saw water trickling down the carpet from behind the dash. Today it rained, and the passenger side, front and back, was Lake Erie. Could it be the window guy did a bad job on the window seal or what?

Default Its apparent that you ned to go back to the window shop.

It just shouldn't happen. there are too many electronics that can be damaged..

you should take it back to the shop where you got it installed. they shouldnt charge you to have to windshield molded again.

Default They didn't get the trim properly installed(more)

Had same problem when I bought my '00. Got it in July, didn't notice water until using wipers on freeway and it SPIT ON ME! After a good rain, had ~1/4" water in front pass. compartment. The culprit was that the plastic cover would not snap into the metal rail that is glued between the glass and the window frame. Take it back and have them try to get it snapped in right. If the rail is bent (mine was), parts are about $35 with new clips (make THEM pay for it).

Cheers!
