The three screws in the front and three in the back of the pan are metal and go for $7.00 each. The four plastic screws (two on each side)by the wheel wells are a little cheaper at $3.96 each for the screws and $1.95 each for the press-in nuts.

For those half-turn locking screws (and most of the belly pan hardware for that matter) if you don't mind chinesium fasteners you can get entire belly pan fastener kits for under 10 bucks on ebay or amazon... Otherwise I'd figure out the part number for each fastener and check on FCP Euro or Deutsche Auto Parts (ShopDAP).

1) Jack up the car, so that you can get under it.
2) Remove one of the bolts. Put it in your pocket.
3) Drive to Home Depot or Lowes.
4) Use the gauges they have in the hardware department to determine what thread diameter and pitch the bolt in your pocket has.
5) Buy some bolts.
6) Install the necessary bolts.
7) Profit!!!!
