Good thinking, why take chances, I always check out what the other driver's up to...
yukking on the cell phone is a good 1 to 2 seconds easy, but so many fast cars go slow on account of the tix they've wrapped up. I'm sure cops pull Ferraris over just to oggle em.

Yeah, I tend to think the guy would be a loser if he DID take up the chase...
