Default As some on this board have suggested.....

I've changed my name. Since I have been experiencing the "characteristic" vibration of the A6's with my car, I felt it appropriate to change names.

Thanks for all the suggestions!

Default Yo..What tires do you have? I find it beyond the realm of probability..

That you could have 2 cars that exibit the same grief. Please report your tire brand and tire pressures front and rear. Lets fix this already..

Default My 2001 did not have this problem so I'm not sure where you are coming from. However

I had Conti's and had them replaced with DBS2's. Still no fix. Hunter balanced several times by different dealers.

Only fix is to buy the tires back, along with the car.

Default Oh, the probability would be high since it is the "characteristic" of the car as quoted by the

district service manager. The service and sales manager have been dealing with the problem in 90%of the A6's they have sold.

Dealership owner also stated the A6's and new A8's have this problem alot.
