I want to do a spoiler on my new 4.2, but have a question. First, is the RS6 spoiler just a lip spoiler and is it different than the A6 spoiler sold by Audi on it's website(the one that has a flat section that extends over the trunk)?

I'd prefer just a lip spoiler, as I didn't think the bigger one looked good in the picture, but I just saw it on a 3.0 liter sport and it looked pretty good, particularly from the back.

Last question, does the standard A6 spoiler come painted? I assume the RS6 spoiler wouldn't come painted to match a silver A6 4.2 and I'd have to paint it. True?

If you just want a lip spoiler, buy an M5 spoiler
