I have decided to order the Audi factory Eibach springs, but I need some input on the shocks.
I have decided not to do Koni, based on my own expirience, and inpit from non-audi owners.
I am very disapointed there is no Bilstien option, but I would think that Boge or someone else would have a gas charged product.
Can any one shed some light? I would prefer not to go with the factory sport shocks if I can help it.
TIA

I haven't heard anything about them one way or the other though. I think everyone has been happy with the konis.

I had the Konis and couldn't get the adjustment to my liking. Since each adjustment of the Konis costs over $300 (the shock must be removed from the car to make the adjustment), I gave up on the Konis after making one expensive adjustment. I like the handling and ride quality of the Eibach Dampers, and my feeling is that the car handles better and the ride quality is better. I did like the ride height of the Konis better than the Eibach Dampers--the Koni's lowered the car a little more. I am not sure why. I asked Eibach and they think it is the perch setting of their damper.
How the car rides and corners is very personal, of course. Many here like the Konis--I didn't.
If you want to see the ride height of my car with the Eibach/Eibach set-up, look at the photos from today's San Francisco drive above. It's the Ebony Pearl A6 2.7T with the rear wing.

17 x 8 Ronal LZ w/ Audi center caps, and new 235/45/17 SO3s. The Audi center caps ($8 each from my dealer) are very nice.
Where do it get the smoked tail lights?
The ride on rough roads is better than with the Konis. It is somewhat harsher than the original sport suspension, but hardly noticeable.

From center wheel to fender lip? I too have Koni's on, and am not happy with ride quality - too harsh, and too low.
Will spend $$$ to go to Eibach shocks if it's worth it....
