I have been noticing a squeak whic seems to be comming from the back seat of my 2001 A6 2.7.

It reminds me of a seat belt latch problem I had on my old 5000. I put graphite. in the latch and it stopped.It's getting louder. Maybe I should have someone ride in the back seat and figure out where it is commin from.

anyone know where this might be comming from?

Try the fold-down seat latches. That's where my squeaks came from.
