It was the steering rack that was broken.
Had it replaced but was told that they stopped putting the device that enhances the ease of which to turn the wheel. II can't remember what they'll called it. Nevertheless, it a bit harder to turn the wheel than before; not bad but more effort is required. Anyone know about this issue?
