Default Steering wheel with tip AND radio buttons

STFA's but could find the related discussion. Did we get here in US the 4-spoke steering wheels with radio/tel controls AND tiptronic +/- buttons? If my current 01 2.7T has 4-spoke with just radio controls, can I replace it with the one with the tip buttons?

Default Re: Steering wheel with tip AND radio buttons

I just bought an S-Line 4 spoke wheel with tip controls from Germany. It has what looks like the wiring harness inside for the radio control buttons as well. Part number is 8Z0419091 AN and was built 13th December 2001. I will be using it without the radio button airbag. Hope this helps

Default Your link is on how to retrofit from a 4 spoke wheel to a 3 spoke Tip wheel. His question was...

How 'bout 3M Adhesive Remover instead of Goo Gone and glue?

Don't have any on hand. My underarms will have to suffice for now.
