A friend just called me:
His 2000 Audi TT Quattro Coupe was stolen from his driveway about 2 hours ago (about 2:00 pm west-coast time)
Color: Denim Blue exterior with Black interior
License: 289 KTL (Washington State)
Other clues: Missing mobil-phone antenna
"LLTEK" badges adjacent to regular rear badging
Owner cautions that if car is sighted, please do not attempt to stop it or apprehend the occupants, but call 911. The theft was reported to the Issaquah Police.
Owner reports the car was locked. No alarm was heard, and no broken glass was found.
Peter R Dieckerhoff

Latest from the owner...looked across the street and into the bushes. There is his car, stopped by a tree. Suggested he read the Owner's Manual section on the correct operation of the parking brake.
Peter R Dieckerhoff
