So I drop my car off on Sunday night and place the keys in the night drop along with an explanation of what I needed done.
This Monday morning, I get a call from Johnny Borja the SA telling me that they received the car and they'll be looking over the things I mentioned. I thanked him for the courtesy call and hung up. Seconds later, I get a call back from him. He mentioned that I have 5 months left of warranty and he would like to do the 40k service even though I'm at about 38+. Although I thought it was strange that he offered to do it, I told him it was okay. He mentioned that it probably won't be ready until tomorrow THEN he asked if there's anything else he could do. Everything Audi service related was running through my head including a loaner. I simply said, "no but thank you."
Let's hope it continues to be this good. You know what they say about things being too good to be true.
Update, Monday afternoon:
Just got off the phone with Johnny Borja. Everything is done. 40k service, rear output flange seal replaced, rear dome light replaced. In addition, they checked the brakes and flushed the brake lines. They did what I asked for and then some. It's not over yet for I still have to pick-up the car.

They "did" mine and I checked the plugs when I got the car home... Same old plugs, even though they invoiced AoA for the parts on my work order. (Thanks Johnny.)
The reason they offer to do these thing is not because they like you. They make easy money on scheduled service. If you're close, and they let you out of the shop, you might go somewhere else.

All under warranty. 40k service is easy enough to check. (Oil, filter elements, etc.) I'll check this weekend. Thanks for the heads up. I better check my belly pan too. Brand spankin' new from Sta. Monica Audi. The rear output flange seal should be easy to spot too.
