Best service McKenna Audi in Norwalk. Service advisor is very knowledgable and good attitdue I have to give them a 10.
Worst service Russnak in Pasadena. Service advisor don't listen to you, don't treat you well since you are only driving Audi, not Porsche since there is only one service dept for both. Quality of work is poor. e.g. I have sun-visor rattle and after they fix it, my head-liner area are very dirty. Seat belt problem- have to wait 2 days before they fix it and they twist and made permanent crease on the seat belt.
So I have to give them a zero.

I agree with DM, McKenna Audi in Norwalk, CA had the best service. Jeremy was very friendly and helpful. My car was picked up with a trailer truck and returned the next day. The sales department is not the greatest but the service is.

Default How about some recom. for independents, esp LA area

Would like to estab. a relationship with an exp'd Audi indep. Objective: just thru interim (non-covered) oil changes, they prob will become familiar with the car, point out potential "coverable" items etc.

Default Will McKenna give good service if I didn't purchase there? (m)

I leased my 2.7t from Bev. Hills Audi, but it will be a pain to get there from Manhattan Beach. If McKenna will pick it up on a flat bed I might not even need a loaner. Think they will come this far? How many visits for you to McKenna so far? Any of the common problems on this board that they were able to fix? Thanks.
