Suspension noise

I just had all 8 front control arms replaced and 2 tie rod ends to solve looseness in the steering. The steering is much tighter but the car now makes a creaking noise at low speed. Sounds just like when I had an upper control arm(on each side)replaced last year. Any ideas? Defective new control arm or something else? Appreciate any ideas as my mechanic is at a loss to explain it.

If the nuts/bolts are tightened with the suspension hanging, the bushings will twist when the suspension is loaded instead of being neutral at that position.
That'll cause early failure and could cause a noise like this.
Meebee not, but it's an easy question to ask.
